Can't login insurance/banking website
Hi,
Some of our customers are experiencing problems logging in to our insurance/banking website www.centraalbeheer.nl when they use security programs from providers Ziggo and KPN (Netherlands). These programs are based on F-Secure. Can I report this to the administrators of this software through this forum?
The chat offered on the Dutch F-Secure website is currently not working, and the phone support is closed until monday.
Do you have any advice on how I should best handle this?
