F-secure blocking other anti-virus apps

Hello,
I don't even have an F-secure account but a window for F-secure keeps poping up on my computer, asking me to login. I have my own security via Norton but I am unable to install that app because of F-secure. When I try to uninstall F-secure, I get a message saying "this file is not associated with an app to uninstall. Install an app or create an association if there is an app installed". I am very confused as this is a new computer and I don't understand why F-secure is preventing me from installing Norton. Please help!

It may also be helpful to see listed F-Secure app as well. And perhaps display an F-Secure pop-up window prompting you to log in.

However, without further 'troubleshooting' or a deeper understanding background, I can suggest to try using F-Secure Uninstallation Tool:

Listed there as (Uninstallation tool for Windows), and you can download and then run it. You can choose to uninstall "all what's found related to F-Secure in your computer" or "manually select any of the listed options".

If using this tool does not help, then come back with feedback and possibly some information about what's wrong at this stage.

This is how the pop-up window looks. Something must prompt for this window right?

It worked and I could successfully remove the F-secure. Thank you so much for your help! I'm not able to download Norton still but will figure that out with their support.
