win11+chrome+f-secure 25.9+Banking Protection
Using Klarna as a payment intermediary+ activated F-secure banking protection gives sometimes an error message(below): Excluding the url(app.klarna.com) or disabling the protection(not very clever) solves usually the issue.Does not work smoothly, thou

Hello,
I think I was able to meet related trouble on my beta version installation. Although I find it a bit difficult to try to maintain a completely influence-free environment (to really boil it down to banking protection).
My rough steps were:
- make sure that I haven't visited the website before (no cookies, no cache), and clear the reputation cache in F-Secure application settings.
- visit klarna.com; make sure that Banking Protection is triggered.
- hit "Sign In" button.
- then, I most likely observed the automatic processing of a request for cookies (and the like) - and then a switch to login form. Which, within some seconds, turned into an error page close to your screenshot.
- I can refresh page, login form is visible again, wait some seconds - error page again.
so, without Banking Protection - I did not manage to reproduce this routine. But basically each try with Banking Protection.
with Banking Protection - I think - the step for switching into error page is 'blocked' attempt to use https://js.hcaptcha.com/1/api.js (for whatever reason in background); At least, if I visit this URL while I have an active banking protection session - F-Secure gives me a blockpage with a banking-related reason (as not being rated as safe/allowed/trusted domain for banking stuff).
As well as visiting some random 'partners' of Klarna (blocked during Banking Protection session while on redirect).
If in your experience allowing app.klarna.com was enough to avoid any 'error' pages - then, perhaps, my experience is about some other variants of it. Although, I am not quite sure why app.klarna.com would be a trouble at some point.
// Although at first I thought that the Banking Protection feature simply somehow conflicted with the internal security services and functionality of Klarna. But I did not find any difference between using the described part of the site with or without Banking Protection, other than the one mentioned. Which, if it were something permanent (?), would likely add a lot of problems. And, probably, quite often and constant. But, at least, per my experience - it also sounds as a bit of strange situations.
// I used Klarna's UK pages, by the way.
Thanks!

The goal here was that the payment transaction in the device environment win11,chrome(on a separated tab)+latest released f-secure total+vpn(gw Finland), activated banking protection via Klarna would work flawlessly and without user intervention(clearing the browser cache etc..)and excluding web addresses from protection. Perhaps the F-Secure development team can ensure this by testing..
