One view for published products
You could keep a view that keeps an up-to-date view of what the released and build versions are on different platforms at a given time. Win, Mac, Android, iOS. The latest versions are usually released at slightly different times in different places. Yes, the log information has been sent about the situation as before, but no response has been received, and no fix is guaranteed. The only way is to change the VPN provider where there are no problems.
