To help us better understand and troubleshoot the issue, could you share a bit more detail? What does it says when the connection fails? Does this appear during updates, while browsing, at startup or when running a scan? Are you using a VPN, proxy, or firewall that might be filtering the connection? Is your network connection stable, and can you access other websites normally? Have you recently updated Windows, changed security software or modified network settings?
If possible, a screenshot of the error would also help us pinpoint the cause faster.

Je n'ai pas de problème avec internet et je ne travaille pas en VPN, par contre j'ai mis a jour la sécurité de Windows (Sécurité du noyaux), j'étais en Windows 22h2 et pas moyen de le mettre en 24h2 alors que la carte mère était prête, j'ai trouvé pourquoi et réglé le problème, cela correspond avec la periode ou ce problème (Connection Impossible) a commencer

To help us narrow down the cause, could you let us know when does the message appear (at startup, during an update or during normal use)? Have you restarted your computer since upgrading to Windows 24H2? Are you using any firewall or other security software in addition to F-Secure? Can you try running a manual update? (F-Secure > Settings > Updates > Check now)? Does the issue occur on all Windows user accounts on your PC?
While we wait for your reply, you can also try these steps:
- Run Windows update to make sure you have all latest patches after moving to 24H2.
- Restart your PC to ensure all updates and settings changes are applied.
- Temporarily turn off Core Isolation (Memory Integrity) in Windows Security > Device Security > Core Isolation, and see if the connection issue persists.
- Try connecting through another network (for example, mobile hotspot) to rule out local network restrictions.
- Perform a clean reinstallation of F-Secure app: How to uninstall F-Secure products using the Uninstallation Tool for Windows? but make sure to back up your password vault (if you are using it) to avoid loss.
These steps will help us see whether the issue is caused by the recent Windows changes, a network block or a compatibility settings.

Le problème se passe au moment ou j'utilise un module qui a besoin d'une connexion aux serveur exemple: gérer les personnes et appareils
quand je choisis une personne ou appareil, j'arrive sur la page avec les détails concernant cette personne ou appareil
et un peu après je reçois le message de connexion impossible.
Si je vais sur le site directement la je peut faire tout mais d'après le site je suis connecté avec un autre appareil ?Ce que j'ai fait : désactivé la sécurité mémoire Windows pas de changement
désinstallé et réinstallé F-Secure pas de changement
Windows Update est a jourVoila pour le moment :)

From your description, it seems the connection loss happens specifically when the app tries to retrieve details from your account, and the My F-Secure portal shows that you are connected from another device. This could indicate that the app and the account are out of sync after the Windows 24H2 upgrade.
Could you please try the following:
- Logout of the F-Secure app completely.
- Release the license from My F-Secure portal.
- Restart your PC.
- Log back in to the F-Secure app with your account.
This will force the app to create a fresh connection and re-register the device with your account, which should prevent device mismatch.
If the issue still persists, kindly take a screenshot of the "Connection impossible" message and share it with us here. This will help us confirm the exact code and message so we can investigate further with our team.
