    Hello @mrsbbird,

    Is it a gray icon or blue? If it's the spinning blue icon, try a different protocol, as WireGuard on both of my Windows 11 laptops has never connected, so I just use Hydra.

    Otherwise, you may get a quicker response with the other support options from an F-Secure employee. The English side of the forum has been a little quiet this week as far as a Mod or Employee support.

    Hi TVC15

    Thanks for you quick response.

    It's a grey icon so I'm unable to make any changes at all. I've uninstalled F-secure app then reinstalled but vpn still the same as before. Will try to speak to someone at F-Secure.

    One of their, Support answers may be to try using the uninstall tool, but it may be more involved than that.

    I hope it gets figured out for you, as it has been a nice VPN to work with, especially with the inclusion of the system tray icon.
