FS always gets stuck at 14% update progress.

The FS homepage reminds me that "your virus database has expired....xxx". When I click the "update" button, the update tab page shows the progress constantly at either 14% or 100%. I don’t know the reason for this, because my computer doesn’t shut down often. After the last reboot of the computer, I found it could work. But I don’t reboot my computer often.

I suggest that you reinstall the F-Secure product,it may help you with the issue..
