Im trying to find out which 2 items are covered, I know my computer is but is my phone? (i have a note on my phone that says my subscription has expired).

    Hello,

    The easiest way is to start a VPN (connect to any VPN server) and if it works - then device is covered.

    However, could you provide a bit more information:

    • what is your F-Secure solution? Is it F-Secure VPN only or F-Secure TOTAL's app with VPN module?
    • do you use My F-Secure portal (my.f-secure.com) for checking/installing software on device?
    • I think if installed app shows that "subscription has expired" - then either application is pinned to another subscription (not to one which is an active one) or unattached to any subscription at all (so you need finish up activation on device).
    • where do you see that there are two devices (items) covered? does there any hint in naming or type of device?

    Also, mostly you can re-use license per activation on another device. So, if you have only two active devices, you can easily try to active/reuse licence on any of them which are not covered yet. The point is either your subscription code-based on account-based or whatever else way.
