Have you tried a different Protocol, have you tried switching to some of the others ones?
On my Windows 10 PC, WireGuard will not connect, same thing as what you're going through. All of the other ones do connect, Hydra and Open. I'm in the US connecting to US servers, have you tried a different server? On my Windows 11 24H2 notebooks, Wireguard takes a little longer to connect, but eventually does.
Chat support suggested an uninstall and reinstall when I contacted them today regarding the Windows 10 WireGuard issue, but since Hydra is working wonderfully, I'll leave it and see if an upcoming build update in June resolves it, v25.5. I'm on v25.4
If you wanted to try uninstalling it and reinstalling it from your F-Secure portal, to see if that helps, could be worth a shot. As far as it being a clean install, rather than the app update as it was in your case. If needed, you may need to release the license of the PC that it was installed on, but usually when doing a online uninstall, F-Secure will release, delete that device from your portal subscription.
If you uninstall and reinstall and have Total/Password Vault to make sure you export your Vault first, or have another device with the Password Vault to sync to.
