In the My F-Secure portal, you cannot directly switch from auto-renewal to manual renewal via a simple toggle. However, you can cancel the auto-renewal, and when your subscription ends, you can manually renew it later. Here's how to do it:
✅ To disable auto-renewal:
- Log in to My F-Secure.
- Click on the "Subscription" tab at the top.
- Find the section that mentions auto-renewal.
- Click "Cancel your subscription" or "Turn off auto-renewal".
- Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
🟡 This will not cancel your current subscription—it just stops it from renewing automatically at the end of the term.
🔄 After your subscription expires:
You can return to My F-Secure and choose to manually renew by purchasing a new license.
🔔 Additional tip:
If you purchased your subscription via a third party (e.g., app store, internet provider, or reseller), you may need to cancel auto-renewal through their system, not My F-Secure.
