French Access Point not working

Does somebody knows why the bandwith with the french access point is so poor, making it impossible to watch TV. Other access point seems ok though.

This happened after the client upgrade. it is really anoying if not corrected soon. the helpesk is aware of the problem but no correction for months.

Do I need to leave F-Secure?

    Could you let us know which F-Secure product you’re referring to? Is it related to the F-Secure Freedome VPN installed on your Android TV?

    Kindly note that the latest F-Secure VPN product is currently not supported on Android TV. If you could share a bit more information about your setup, it would really help us assist you better.

    Hi,

    Yes am using Fsecure Freedom VPN installed on Windows PC.

    I checked the bandwith when connected with the French Access point, its is good.

    Google video are working with HD. But when streaming the France TV , very poor quality all the time, same for other TVs channel like M6.

    IP Adress is allocated well at the connection

    Thanks you Firmy,

    My troubles started with the latest version I was forced to use.

    Anyway, my problem is now solved, I went to competion and all is working well. Including HD streaming and obfuscation feature allowing usage of replay.

    I try a all différent protocols, no effects.

    The ISP I use recognises vpn traffic and try to block or alter the video quality to the poorest definition (unwatchable).

    You vpn freedom product is really lagging behind in term of feature and I will now seek for reimbursement.

    What a pity !
