VPN (laptop and Freedom tv)

Hi F-Sec.

Got 2 problems.

1
Sometimes I want to watch Dutch tv in France.
Since the middle ages I have F-secure Total (including VPN).
Recently something has changed in the VPN and I don't know what.
If I disable VPN, I get the message 'video not allowed in your country' or something like that. Business as usual. No problem. That's why I have the VPN. Or had.

But when I enable VPN I get the message 'video doesn't play'. Not at all.
I haven't changed anything.
What could be wrong?
Is it F-secure? Is it my laptop?

I've installed the app Freedom on my tv.
But when I want to log in it 'says' I don't have anymore licenses although I got 2 left.
Again ... whats wrong here?

    Could you please let us know which Dutch TV channel or service you are referring to? Additionally, could you specify which version of Windows you are using?

    You mentioned that you are watching Dutch TV in France. Are you connected to the French server? Any additional information would be helpful.
