Hello @RoberGeenPaniek
Thank you for your question.
F-Secure products use multiple prevention and detection technologies, including some functionality based in part on 3rd party vendor-provided capabilities. Please find more information about our privacy policy and data sharing in our Privacy Statement. We cannot comment further on current and planned vendors used for specific functionalities within the F-Secure Total product. Any changes in future releases will be announced as part of release notes according to our standard practices.
Thank you and have a good day.

I interpret F-secure's empty answer to come down to:
'yes it's part of F-secure',
and 'you have to put up with the nuisance'.Which I already concluded, see the thread at KPN.
So this is your 'support'.
You don't even acknowledge what everyone can see.
As you didn't even bother to rename the executable. -
Not about the entire subject, but only about one piece of it:
You don't even acknowledge what everyone can see.
As you didn't even bother to rename the executable.
but why should they do this?
if they license the technology (which, for example, Avira itself also "licenses" for its products, even if under the same brand) - why rename something (again, and especially when the technology is used in their own solution, and not a "thirdparty" solution is renamed to match as their own)?
This is a tool that is used in the product. Which has its own licensing features and so on. It is integrated into the solution, which is then used as part of the other components. What's exactly the trouble to be not 'renamed'?
// by the way, I did not read KPN-based discussion. sorry if something was hugely based on specific discussion there.
// and if the main point is to know is it part of F-Secure Total (for example) - it is possible to see by rightclick F-Secure tray logo > "About" and check it out. Which is usually the way to get to know what the software consists of, in general.
// about how get rid of it - I am not sure. :)
