How do I "whitelist" an exe that I'm pretty sure is OK?

Just now transferring life to a new W11 box from my old W10 unit. In W10 (with F-Secure) I've been using an Ashampoo screen-grabber for >10 yrs but now F-Secure is blocking installation in the new box because an included file is seen as insecure. I'm pretty sure that this app is OK, but avoiding the blockage seems difficult. Any clues on the best way forward please?

I suggest that you send a sample of the app to Lab for reanalysis to be sure of it's safety
