android phone + F-Secure Ziggo + Rabobank app will not work since 2 weeks

Safe Online on Android (new phone) (already reinstalled) in combination with the RABOBANK app works with mobile data but not on Ziggo Wi-Fi. It does work on other providers' Wi-Fi. What can i do to get the app working?

    We recommend reaching out to Ziggo directly to report this issue, as they’ll be able to investigate it further on their end.

    In the meantime, you might try turning off your VPN after switching to a different network, and then turning the VPN back on. This can sometimes help resolve connection-related issues.
