Are other apps interfering with F-Secure Hoster (Restricted)?

Has anyone encountered other applications not working properly?
Currently, I have encountered two accounts where applications are affected by F-Secure Hoster (Restricted) and cannot function normally.

After stop the F-Secure Hoster (Restricted) service in Windows Task Manager, the programs can be used normally.
Currently providing original factory analysis.

Currently, we are encountering more and more restricted software, and we have submitted case support analysis and SAS tickets.

Monw32 (UPSilon2000 monitoring software )
MegaHTS520R20.exe (Securities Trading Software)
AIS.exe (Taiwan Yutai AIS Tax Master Accounting Software)

I have not encountered this during usual routine (without any 'other' signs of trouble or malfunctions). Or, when, it is not something expected - like blocking some maliciously-rated domain or something like that, which will prevent to use some application (as an example).

Is it possible to share which applications are affected in your case?
