Sentry module Bug? Files Missing from Quarantine

When Sentry detects and "kills" a file, the file doesn't show up in the quarantine afterwards. It just seems to vanish. This behavior started after the Sentry module became active.

This is problematic because we can't review or restore files quarantined by Sentry.

Is this expected behaviour, or is it a bug? Please advise.
