It says my Server Cloud is Disconnected, how do I reconnect it?

My subscription is valid, but says I am not protected. Everytime I click to Update it shows failed and the Server Cloud is Disconnected. I cannot find in the help section how to reconnect the Server Cloud. Can someone kindly tell me what I need to do? Thank you.

    Can you share on what operating system this is happening and what application version you have. If you can post a screenshot it would help to understand the issue.
