Security Cloud - doesn't connect

Hello

It takes a long time for the Security Cloud to connect.Is that the case at the moment?

    If everything is in cache there is no reason to connect to security cloud. Then it's working as intended. The status in the UI is quite hard to understand and we have improved it in the upcoming 19.9 version.

    Edit: I assumed you are talking about Windows version, this answer is for Windows version of the app.
