Cant update...

Hi,
I have a valid subscription of PC Total Security in my Win10, but since january the 24th, when it installed an update F-Secure Capricorn Engine (64-bit), the software is telling me that the virus database is outdated. The point is that when I click looking for updates it shows me there is no connection against the server guts2.sp.f-secure.com. Also I found following traces in logs:
Checking for updates from guts2.sp.f-secure.com
Update check failed, error=211 (server returned an error)
Coukd you help me??
