The FSP update is failed

Hello! I am currently using FSP version 19.6, which is the latest version. It is now prompting that the update has failed and that it cannot update the device protection component. I can open other websites and other software is updating normally. What should I do? Also, I do not have the updated VPN component either. Is it a regional issue or something else?

Please send a but report to beta@f-secure.com. We would like to investigate why your app is stuck to such an old version. Once we have all the data, we will instruct how to resolve this.
