When on a financial banking site, and I am directed to a different site for the same institution, Fsecure blocks entry to this second site, There is no way I can turn off Fsecure enough to allow entry to this second required page of the financial institution. Even when I disable all of your security items on the setting page, my access to this second required site is blocked by Fsecure.

I use this financial site regularly, and will cancel my subscription with you if this can not be fixed.

EDIT: PII removed

    • In order to fix your problem i suggest that you send an url sample of the financial page(s) in concern to lab so they can analyse and fix them properly

    Hello,

Even when I disable all of your security items on the setting page, my access to this second required site is blocked by Fsecure.

Just to note: despite the fact that disabling the Banking Protection module or adding the blocked website to the list of exceptions should have been sufficient, there could be a situation (that without adding the website to the exceptions) the page was still blocked after disabling some security items ( in Settings) due to the saved/used cache of the page and its reputation.

A reliable way to check or find out would be to open the page in another browser (or open the browser in InPrivate mode); or instead - opening all in one browser while Banking Protection session is active (without trying another one simultaneously). Another way, but just a generic thing, try clearing cache reputation (if Windows: Online Help).

The global solution is provided in a reply above; but some local steps as workaround are:

    Thanks!
