Hello @mapo7
Welcome to the F-Secure Community. Thank you for your post.
Could you please let us know which device you are experiencing the issue on and the version of the operating system?
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? This action will reset the counter. If you haven’t done so yet, we recommend giving it a try. If the issue persists after reinstallation, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Thank you for your cooperation, and have a great day.

Hi Firmy,
I am experiencing the issue on an Asus VivoBook X509JA running Windows 11 Home, version 24H2, since November 15, 2024 ( there might be a correlation between the start of using Windows 11 and the issue with F-Secure Total).
I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Initially, the issue seemed to be resolved on the first day after the reinstall, but since then, the count has remained unchanged on some days, while on others, it has risen slightly.
Please let me know if there are any further steps I should take.
Cheers,
M

Hello,
If "Tracking Protection" is still the thing, you can try using the domains from this KB Article as a safe check of its functionality.
In context, will the counter change on a (after) "known" visited tracking domain.
// If I understood the situation correctly, of course. And I'm also just a user.
