F-secure genom Telenor "Surfa säkert"
Jag kommer ej in på min bank. QR-bilden har kompletterats med "Bank-ID på enna enhet", vilket
medför att signalen från min mobil ej fungerar längre. Felsökare på Telenor klarar ej av det och jag har trots timmars försök ej nått support hos F-secure. Dessutom är min engelska bristfällig.
Vad göra?

Currently, our community page supports only English and Finnish languages. However, regarding your issue, could you please let us know which device you are using to access your bank account? Are you able to see if the Banking Protection feature is activated? Also, could you specify which bank you are referring to? Does the issue occur with all banking websites or just a specific one?
Have you tried disabling Banking Protection? You can refer to this link for instructions: Säkra bankaffärer online
Regarding the issue with dr.dk, we have tested it on our end and have not encountered any access problems. Could you kindly let us know what exactly is being blocked? Which VPN server are you connected to, and could you provide the IP address you are using?

F-secure verkar inte kunna hantera Bank-ID. Jag hade ett liknande problem igår och min väg runt det var att inaktivera F-secure. Det fungerade. Jag märkte också att det hela fungerade lite annorlunda i olika webbläsare.
Det är precis som att f-secure blockerar TV-guiden för dr.dk. Jag har ingen aning om varför och återigen min lösning är att göra en kill f-secure för den sidan. Dessutom svarar ingen i deras chatt på momemt, så det finns ingen hjälp att få.
