How should I join the beta version of 19.9

I heard that the new 19.9 beta version uses avira technology. I am looking forward to this version. However, my test authorization has expired. How can I rejoin the beta version?

    Hello,

It's probably best to write to the email address listed there: https://www.f-secure.com/en/fs-protection

for example, to make it clear exactly which email address will need to be associated with the account for the beta solution, so, the one from which you send the letter. If you have already participated in the beta program, then you will probably ask about the opportunity to participate again.

Thank you for your answer. I have sent an email to inquire but have not received a reply so far. Also, I would like to ask, will Avire’s firewall be enabled in 19.9?

This may take some time, I guess. Days, weeks, sometimes maybe a month.

If you already have an account (fs protection),and if it is simply in an expired "subscription" state (and was not deleted due to inactivity), then you could probably try sending an email with a request to renew the license. Perhaps it would be faster (I don't know exactly how the incoming flow of mails is processed).

Although I think that there is no need to strain them further unnecessarily, and perhaps they will even be able to help through the Community pages. Sooner or later they must contact you or activate (deny) your account.

Regarding the rest and as an explanation for my comments, I am also just an F-Secure user. So I can't say about 19.9 question asked, and also my comments were as advice or recommendations and not an official guide. I just consider them the most reliable for reaching about participating in the beta program.

    Thanks.
