We are pleased to inform you that the issue with TLS 1.3 Kyber has been resolved.
To take advantage of this fix, we recommend enabling TLS 1.3 in your browser settings. Depending on your browser, you may need to set the TLS 1.3 option to "Default," "Enable," or "True."

Our forum is only supporting English and Finnish languages at the moment, however, related to your post, could you please specify which browsers are affected by this issue? Is it Microsoft Edge, Chrome, or Firefox? If you received any error messages, sharing the specific details would greatly help us in narrowing down the problem.
Additionally, when you mention that the VPN connection is impossible, are you unable to connect to the VPN (i.e., it is turned off), or does it remain in the "connecting" state?
I recommend referring to this article, which may assist in resolving the issue. You can try disabling the TLS 1.3 Kyber function in your browser and check if that resolves the problem.
