    Depends on a some things, but does this have anything to do with F-Secure beta solutions? If so - which one?

    Well, you have created a topic in the "Home Security Beta Programs" section, which is dedicated to F-Secure solutions of the technology preview type or at the beta release stage (nearly almost ready for production, so to speak).

    At the moment (as far as I know) there is only one public program. Something like 'F-Secure TOTAL beta'. However, perhaps there could be some kind of mobile application, where there may be some kind of internal beta testing opportunity through ways built into the AppStore or PlayMarket.

    Then, it can be a beta solution or an application or website on various devices (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android). The operating system itself may also be of different versions. And if it's a website, it could be a browser.

    Just to better understand what your problem is, more information is required. Or maybe some screenshot / picture of the "not online" claim (where will be visible, where it is shown, why and for what reason).
