How do I get my money back?
The provided VPN service is ridicilously bad. I mean, about half the time I attempt to use my iPad, iPhone or Mac, the network is unvailable. I also see (in pad) the VPN indicator flashg every once in a a while. Connections are fine: everytihg works when I turn off the VPN.
Sometimes the connections might work fine, for a few hours even, but the service level is generally so bad, that it makes the whole product useless.
Is there a way for gettin your money back?
