F-secure Total Reinstalation.

VPN hasn't been working for over a week. Advice was to uninstall then reinstall.

Uninstalation was straightforward, but I can't find out how to reinstall on the same laptop.

Any advice?

To reinstall F-Secure on your laptop, you need to log in to your My F-Secure account and then download the installation file and run the installation.

You can find detailed instructions at these links:

VPN still not working. Is this a common problem at the moment?

If it's happened to anyone else, and they've found a cause/solution, I'd be grateful for any information.

I have also been having problems with FS Total for many days.today I could not do my banking for a short time.the Internet VPN broke down.weeks ago my green protection bar was reinstated in my bank because it was gone after an update.the problem is now back.I have now done everything that was advised. Also Firefox Tip security.tls.enable_kyber did not work.at the moment it does not run properly.the worst thing is the VPN because it is hardly usable.unfortunately I have no other tip OpenVPN (TCP) also brings no success.but I have reported everything to Support Chat.so wait and see I think.

Thanks for your information ReneWAS.. I've tried the same changes as yourself. Nothing seems to work. We can't be the only users having this trouble. I'll go through Support Chat today. The problem seems to with F-Secure rather than the end user. I hope we get something sorted out soon..

The thing is, some apps are updated almost daily without you noticing any improvement and by the time it's up and running one day, you might be waiting for the next update to break your computer or phone again.What do I get out of a new design if the main function isn't there.
I also don't think it's down to us or the device.
before the update it was relatively stable for me. now it's so far that VPN causes problems almost every minute and I've already bought a browser extension until it works again
The helpful support at least told me today that the bank protection should work again, which is true, and after emptying the reputation cache it also worked again, thanks for that.

and with android there are also extreme dropouts with the VPN

I also know that FS is not always responsible for this, it's just annoying when it goes on for days and you break the whole system with a few tips (which are certainly well meant)
