F-Secure Update Causing Blank White Bright Screen & Game Crashes

Hi everyone,

I’m having serious issues with F-Secure on my PC. Ever since it auto updated and forced a restart, I have been getting blank white bright screen, and now all my Unreal Engine games are corrupted. I can not open or close F-Secure, and it’s also causing blank screen in other games, especially Last of Us and The Isle they crash constantly. I tried disabling X.M.P., but no luck.

Anyone else facing similar blank white issues, or have any ideas on how to fix this?

This sounds like display driver problem or Windows update problem that may have happened in computer restart. I have never heard of our product interfering with graphics. Sometimes some Steam games do not like DeepGuard and refuse to work but not like this. When you say you can't open or close F-Secure do you mean that user interface does not open? This would also point to display driver issues as it's using accelerated graphics.

First thing to try it to update display drivers. If you can't get our user interface to open, hold SHIFT and right-click on tray icon to see hidden "Software rendering" option. Turning that on may help to get our user interface to open.

Personally I'm running the latest beta version and all my games are working fine, including Unreal Engine games (Talos Principle 2).
