VPN nicht mehr richtig nutzbar
Guten Tag, leider ist das VPN in FS Total nicht mehr wirklich nutzbar, da es bis zu zehn Sec. dauert bis man eine ganz normale Internetseite nach dem Klick anschauen kann. Ich habe alle Protokollmöglichkeiten ausprobiert - das Problem bleibt. Dies betrifft auch alle anderen Geräte sowohl Notebooks als auch Smartphones.
Dass FS VPN immer mal "schwächelt", geht schon seit einigen Monaten. Jetzt aber bleibt mir nichts anderes übrig, als VPN abzuschalten, um arbeiten zu können.
Wann wird dieser Mangel abgestellt?

We are pleased to inform you that the issue with TLS 1.3 Kyber has been resolved.
To take advantage of this fix, we recommend enabling TLS 1.3 in your browser settings. Depending on your browser, you may need to set the TLS 1.3 option to "Default," "Enable," or "True."

Discussions on our forum currently take place in Finnish and English.
The problem you describe may be related to TLS 1.3 hybridized Kyber support.
If there is a problem opening web pages when the VPN is enabled, then this may indicate an issue with the TLS 1.3 hybridized Kyber support.
This is a new feature introduced in browsers.

unfortunately, this does not solve the problem as even applications with an internet connection experience crashes every few minutes. F-Secure needs to hurry up and fix the problems otherwise I will look elsewhere as a customer as VPN is very important to me.

I think the problem is not yet completely solved.Today it is especially bad.Servers in Germany,Switzerland or Austria are underground.Poland,Finnland and the Netherlands work at least for a while.But also not 100% stable.I can't try 20 servers first.
I now use a VPN browser extension as an emergency solution. what I don't understand is why this is not the problem with other VPN providers, you only surf with the known browser offers. in any case, I haven't read anything negative about it. I will stay with FS in the future, because they are already very accommodating and also work well.something will happen everywhere.it would be nice if at some point someone informed the customers "error fixed it works again" but you have to search and read a lot, because often there is nothing new
it also made me very sad that android 9 is no longer served.but i won't buy a new phone because of it.not because of 1-2 apps.should this become a habit,there is no way out.but at the moment i don't see anything like that.you should just buy,buy and buy.often i think that doesn't always have to do with privacy policies.@
Friends stay calm and always respectful to each other.FS is not doing all this to upset us.I don't think we laymen understand the scope of the problem.everything will be fine,believe me
