Secure block Monetico payement : this is a problem I can not pay on website

Hi all, since 1 week ago, F secure has started to block payement on internet using " Monetico" so I can not buy products from a lab for my health ( recommended by my naturopath). Please do you know ho to explain to F-Seure that " Monetico" is safe bank ?

It would be good to know how the inability to pay with (or through) Monetico is expressed.

Is there any blockpage visible? Or it simply fails and this is obvious because of F-Secure (for example, if you disable some module or the entire protection, you can use the service). To know what is your operating system, device and version of F-Secure solution as well.

Also, F-Secure blocking 'monetico' as a web-resource or there is any application in system?

Generally, you can try to submit "URL" (Monetico website or what is / where is something broken) via F-Secure SAS to Labs: Submit a sample | F‑Secure

To choose: URL sample as a type;

Then "Enter a sample url for submission", then "Do you want to give more details about this sample url?" > yes; then choose all related data in forms.

Such as: what is the most relevant to your situation.

However, if only one week ago such a problem "suddenly" occurred, then it is better to know a little more details. Maybe something has changed in your settings (which you did not plan to enable or use). Or it will simply be possible to somehow solve the problem locally (by adding some web resource to the list of exceptions). The most important thing is: what exactly is blocked and how you can see it. as well as what operating system/device is used and what things are used in F-Secure (let's say it's better to try using the web without VPN for some websites)
