It appears that the problem might caused due to the outdated iOS version. Apple has introduced improvement updates with the latest iOS version. We suggest you install the latest updates from Apple.

In order for us to help you solve the problem we will need additional information.
- What version of iOS are you using on the device where the problem occurred?
- What version of F-Secure do you have installed on your device?
- Is the connection loss problem related to WiFi networks or also to cellular networks?
- Does the problem only occur when you use one kinky VPN location or on different ones?
At the same time, we ask that you change the protocol between IKEv1 and IKEv2 in the VPN settings on your iPhone. Please check if the problem also occurs with different VPN protocols.
