After reviewing your account and the devices linked to it, I noticed that you have installed the F-Secure app on your child's device as a regular sub-user without the parental control feature activated. As a result, your child can easily deactivate the protection.
To enable parental control, I recommend the following steps:
- Uninstall the F-Secure app from your child's device.
- Be sure to release the license in your F-Secure account.
- Reinstall the app and log in using your credentials.
- When prompted with the option "You set up the protection for yourself", do not click on "Next".
- Instead, in the corner of the screen, you will see the option "Install for a child?". Click on this option.
- Enter the name of the child, select the age group the child belongs to, and then select Next. The Family Rules settings view opens.

This should enable parental control and ensure the appropriate protection is in place.
