To assist us further, could you please confirm whether you installed only the VPN or if it included Device Protection, Secure Browsing, Password Vault, and ID Monitoring as well? Additionally, did you have the VPN active while running the online scanner?

After reviewing the details, it seems that the issue you're encountering is related to a known limitation in the configuration of the Online Scanner. Since your current subscription includes only VPN functionality and does not include antivirus coverage, the scanner may not operate as expected.
Unfortunately, there isn’t an option to manually adjust the settings to enable scanning with your current setup. To access the antivirus scanning feature, you would need to upgrade to a product with full antivirus capabilities.
In the meantime, you could try using the Online Scanner by temporarily removing or disabling the VPN app.
