F-Secure Firewall blocking SurfShark

Hello,

The firewall in F-Secure is blocking all websites when I have SurfShark running. When either the firewall or SurfShark are stopped, access is resumed.

This has started only recently. I have checked the firewall settings and SurfShark is permiited through. I have also disabled the Virgin Media antivirus software, to no avail.

Is there anything else I can try?

  • F-Secure Client Security Premium 13.11 build 110

    To assist you more effectively, could you please clarify a few details about the issue you're experiencing? Specifically, are you currently using an F-Secure product such as TOTAL or Internet Security, or is the program installed on your device the one you mentioned, F-Secure Client Security Premium 13.11 build 110?
