CPU load jumps on F-Secure plugin hosting service (32-bit)

My computer is basically silent when idling, or watching a movie. Now, after installing the new service after F-Secure (shamefully) ended Freedome, that plugin hosting serve randomly, 5-10 times in a minute, bounces to 20-50% CPU load activating fans on my computer, WHICH IS SO DAMN ANNOYING.

Is there anything to stop it from doing that?

    There was a CPU spiking bug but that was fixed in 19.5 version. Are you on the latest version?
