Why is windows on my new computer refusing to let me install the F secure prgram

I have F secure in my 2 other computers and had on problem from Windows but today I tried to install F secure in my newest computer and Windows blocked it saying I need to buy from their store instead??

I already paid for the download and now cannot install it!
