We would very much appreciate it if you would describe more broadly the VPN problem you experienced.

When you write that the VPN doesn't work, do you mean that it can't be run in F-Secure?

Does it then display some kind of message? If so, you can attach a screenshot.

Or maybe the problem occurs when you use a browser (e.g. Chrome) and then the pages load extremely slowly? Then what @JOnes mentioned will be helpful because we are dealing with a new feature in browsers. In this regard, you can also take a look at this discussion on our forum:
