My laptop has become infected what can you do

My laptop has become infected. It made a clicking noise and some of the keys are jumbled (not what they should be).

I have logged off but I am now unable to get back ib because of the keyboard issue

Total secure was on but, bit VPN it still doesn't work.

I am using my android to send this

    Hello,

    Are you sure it's a infection, as that sounds more like a hardware issue. Is the HD in the laptop a mechanical drive or SSD, maybe it's the keyboard itself? Can you get into your laptop through the BIOS and run any diagnostics it may offer from there?
