The current support/customer service aimed at consumers is not necessarily the model of the 2020s, and is a little bit confusing and somewhat poor in its accessibility. The structure and role of the Community is mixed, undersized and several technical elements are missing from the telephone service (waiting information, call back).
The names of products and user manual of the products could be more streamlined according platform , and the service on/off/failure situation explanation view could be more detailed (status.f-secure.com). An internal information channel for the Total product would be usefull
