separate VPN function from F-secure

You need to be able to close this application from the taskbar and disable from startup.

I used to have Freedome VPN on Windows. It had a blue symbol in the taskbar when the VPN was engaged, and a grey when it wasn't.

With F-secure Total, there's a symbol that doesn't show this.

F-secure needs to fix this. You could have the symbol red if VPN and anti-virus is disengaged. Orange if one of them is disaengaged and blue if both are engaged.
