new F-secure Total install stopping access to internet at a holiday

I have a client who had FS Total installed on his Win 11 laptop this week, and it all is working, but he has gone on a working holiday abroad and can't get the internet to work in the resort . He says the VPN is switched off. HELP would be appreciated

    2. Resort Wi-Fi Access: Some resorts require users to log in to their Wi-Fi before accessing the internet. Could you confirm if this is the case? If so, please have your client log in to the resort's Wi-Fi as instructed and then activate the Privacy VPN.
    3. VPN Activation Issue: Is your client facing difficulties in turning on the VPN? What exactly happens when they click on "Turn On"? Does it get stuck in the connecting phase, or does it turn off immediately? Also, can your client access the internet before activating the VPN?
