Hallo

Das VPN von F-Secure blockiert mir den Zugang zum Modem von meinem internen Anbieter. Ich muss das VPN immer deaktivieren, dann habe ich den Zugang zum Modem. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit das, nur die Webseite für den Zugang zum Modem das VPN umgeht ?

    We welcome you to our forum and thank you for your post.

    Currently, our community forum only supports English and Finnish languages.

    If you have access to your modem via IP address the following option should help you.

    In settings of VPN you will find the option to add trusted network adapter under Killswitch. Please, add your network connection as a trusted network in F-Secure VPN:

    Windows:

    1. Open F-Secure VPN

    2.  Click Settings 

    3. Enable Killswitch 

    4. Then click on Trusted Networks 

    5. Select your Network

    6. Klick on Save

    Information about the community ID and data in the portal and the deletion request should be possible for the logged-in user in the portal itself without a public request
