If you are trying to install Security Suite on your device then you are probably a Spectrum customer. Spectrum uses our components but modifies them appropriately to suit their needs. As such, we are unable to provide full support. You will get the best help by turning to Spectrum. Spectrum specialists will know best how to help you.
In your case, we would first recommend that you carefully check that all Windows updates are performed on your computer. If any updates have not yet been completed, please do so and try to install the program again.
If the updates don't help solve the problem, then please check the issue with Webview2 on your computer. For some reason, Webview2 is not up-to-date on users' devices. You can follow the workaround below to fix the issue:
- Uninstall the current Webview2 by going to Settings > Apps & features > Search for WebView2 > Uninstall
- Once the uninstallation is successful, install the latest version following the link https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/webview2/
