Hello..

Why is my VPN not working now that I'm in Thailand, can't even watch tv4 news. Worked perfectly last week?

I have a few questions to this issue that will help me to determine the source of it. Does this issue occur on your PC or mobile device? Is tv4 news a streaming platform? Does any error message show up when you try to play the news? Is the stream blocked or does the stream work but stops and keeps loading? Can you also please tell me on which device it happens (mobile phone, PC) and which location the VPN is connected to?

Please be aware that certain streaming services—including FREEDOME VPN—have banned the use of VPNs. This might be the result of local content agreements that forbid watching the show outside of the nation to which the rights have been sold. Certain websites can also respond to VPN activity slowly.
