Install fifth ID protection

I have ID protect for 5 devices. 4 Are in use. When I try to install the fifth on another device I get the message that "this person has already been added to your group". It concerns my wife's iPad. She has already installed ID protection on her phone. She only has one email address. How do I get ID protection on my wife's iPad?
