Hello,

Are F-Secure developers planning to introduce passkeys into the password manager?

    Hello @ClaudeD ,

    thank you for contacting us.

For now, our password manager uses a sync code and master password to access the vault. We currently have no plans to introduce passkey into our ID Protection service. However, we will take this into consideration when we improve our product to keep up to date with new technologies.

    Best regards! :)

I also would like to know the answer to this question.

I'm excited about the idea of passkeys, but I don't want to have multiple password managers. So having support for passkeys is a requirement if I want to keep using F-Secure ID Protection, which I like and would like to keep using.

    Hello,

    CorolinaC,

I think you misunderstood my question.

I wasn't talking about a passkey to unlock the vault but about passkeys to unlock the sites (eg Amazon).

I would also like to be able to store passkeys for websites (e.g. Google).

I’m a new iOS user of Total, and I like being able to have a master pw on my pw manager that differs from the code to my phone. However, in order to get rid of iCloud Keychain, the ability to store passkeys within Total is a must !
