How to turn off the "trusted site" popups which prevents to use the link you want in Google search

Hi UMQ
Are you talking about the Trusted Shopping pop-up? Or, the Search result icons next to the links?
Either of these two can be disabled in the Settings/Edit Settings then Secure Browsing.
If this didn't answer your question, please post back and hopefully a more advanced member can help. Also, an image could help if needed.
Kind regards.

Hello,
OK, it works, thanks. But can't it just show up at mouse-hoover and then disappear?
But this is how it should happen.
If you hover your mouse over the rating logo near the search result, a “table” with information will appear. As soon as the mouse pointer moved into free space, the card will disappear. The only exception (in my experience) is if you scroll with the mouse wheel while the rating window is open. Then there will be some “stuck” - which can be “reset” by hovering over any rating logo again.
I think your part is about something like this.
Why does it show up as a big box that locks onto and hide the search text?
I never thought of it (I mean, my mentioned scenario) as a bug. But since in some cases, indeed, it will prevent accessing a certain URL and requires an extra move - then it can be a bug, actually.
However, my experience is solely based on Microsoft Edge and Firefox. I never checked it with Google Chrome.
Could you confirm that your experience is about something similar? When 'a big box that locks onto and hide the search text' is appeared after hovering "search result's rating logo" and scrolling by mouse-wheel then? And, also, hovering any rating logo then - will eliminate this big box?
Thanks!

Thank you. Yes that is how I expected it to act: hovering / the box appears, moving the curser / the box disappears.
A Norton box (reminiscence from earlier subscription) acts like that. But not F-secure, it sticks to the place, regardless how and where I move the curser
I use Chrome.
Now I have got rid of it - have disabled the thing in the Settings :)

I see. Actually, in my previous reply - I meant that F-Secure should be with such design too.
And this is how it has already been done. The only exception (in my style of use) is the described case of using the mouse wheel to scroll in certain pattern; so, the box 'sticks' then and some extra moves are required to obtain normal view.
Another exception is older versions of F-Secure TOTAL (F-Secure SAFE / F-Secure IS) where was a bit of another design.
I will try to check with Google Chrome (just in case) - but I don't think there should be a huge difference between Microsoft Edge, Firefox and Google Chrome in that way.
Now I have got rid of it - have disabled the thing in the Settings :)
Anyway, good if you satisfied. :)
Although. if there is an opportunity or desire, it would be nice to understand why the error situation occurs (acted not as it should have been). Or maybe I misunderstood something.
Thanks!
