F-Secure Internet Security license valid for 1 year,after upgrade my license was gone,what can I do?

Hello, I purchased on 19.05.2023 an F-Secure Internet Security license valid for 1 year, today I tried to upgrade to F-Secure Total, and after installation the old license was no longer kept, it was valid until 18-19.05.2024, I created an account on My-Fsecure, and there I cannot add the old license, it says Cound not find any coupon for code 4JBY-KU74-B6GE-4DBR-X824, what can I do in this case?
